Ratchaphruek Residence

A 240-unit residential building that had to be finished in time for the transfer dates the developer had already given its buyers. We planned the work on a seven-day floor cycle and ran the interior fit-out of the completed units in parallel with the structure on the floors above.

The most sensitive part was the finishing quality across a large number of units, each inspected individually by its buyer. The team used a digital quality checklist with a photographic record at every point and re-inspected each unit before the buyer walked through it, which kept the defect list short and allowed units to be closed out quickly.
